FuZZ Is Listening To - Sleepyhead - Passion Pits, Another one from these guys. It's one of those songs that after many listenings.. sort of grows on you, its a goody.

Hey! Happy Birthday Me! =) January 17th, 2010, i turned 19.. the last of the teen years and the number that goes between two of the most hyped up ages of your life. 18 and 20. I gotta be honest, when i was young i always thought 18 was the year i'd go all out and do some amazing things. Never did i think that it might be when im 19. This number is the most underrated age in my head. When your 16 you have the sweet 16 and your.. legal for doing the funky shindig. Then theres 17, the supposed last year of innocence, but in actuality one of the most rebellious years of your life... because once your 18. Everything is legal. And that is why 18 is an important number, i thought i was going to apeshit crazy and do all this funky stuff. I was so looking forward to being 18, having my license, going for cruises, getting a job and making money. Thing is i never got a job or my p's, the two most IMPORTANT things in life. Stability and Mobility. I know right... But here's 19, the last year of being a teenager. A year that Past Fuzz always overlooked, and i've taken my step forward... i got my P's and i gotta say its effin awesome. Talk about iRony eh?

So I hope, i hope to take more initiative in life, make every chance an opportunity, be more curious, crawl out of the shell we call shame and walk out loud, proud, confident and tackle everything life throws at you. When you get knocked down, at least you'll remember to duck next time. It's the bad, just as much as the good, that makes us better people. Playing it safe leaves you with one conclusion, that plays over and over again... and I don't want to one day look back and have the same memory played out, in different situations...

With all that said and done, it's easier said than done. And to live up to what's written will be a challenge. But life is basically challenge after challenge, and we walk out of it better than we were before. Think about it, watching new's is challenging... but when your at work, school, uni or anywhere the next day and someone brings it up you can stand up and say "Yes.. i did see the elephant crush the prime ministers car.. and it was magnificent"

Peace Out, One Love
